Fix samplesheet_full.csv to

use public http links

i.e. https://nf-core-awsmegatests.s3.amazonaws.com

to have sample column via awk one liner

awk -F',' 'BEGIN {OFS=","} NR==1 {print "sample",$0} NR>1 {print $1"_"$2,$0}' samplesheet_tmp.csv > samplesheet_full.csv


          fix samplesheet to use public http links and to have sample column
