Ported afl-cov from Python2 to Python3. The functionality is almost entirely the same, there were some instances where opening a file in read mode would decode to utf-8 so that is changed to simply print the error but then proceed since a fuzzing session would likely produce malformed output that cannot be decoded to utf-8. Also resolved some syntax warnings with escape characters. I also highlighted a line that I am fairly certain is a typo but not sure if maybe that gets resolved at runtime or not.
