#312 wants to introduce multiple tools regarding labels.
Since we are experiencing a problem of too many tools and high resource/context usage, we need to evaluate different ways to dampen this explosion of tools.
Introducing 8 new tools is hard to justify with the current available ways to configure tools.
This poc explores a way to move away from creating single specific tools and unite them into more complex conditional ones.
