The default glob is LICEN[CS]E* and covers LICENSE.

                globs = ['LICEN[CS]E*', 'COPYING*', 'NOTICE*', 'AUTHORS*']

The default glob includes `LICEN[CS]E*` and covers `LICENSE`.

You are right - I built locally on this branch and the file is still included. Do you not think there that it's nice, though, to list explicitly what the license file is?
