Clarified how UNO Q sketches surface logs in Arduino App Lab, highlighting that Serial goes over UART while Monitor/monitor.print() drives the App Lab Console.

What’s changed

• UNO Q user manual: clarified Console vs Serial behavior, noted Serial still works over UART, and specified guidance on using Arduino_RouterBridge/Monitor for console output.
