[PXCT-1603] Nesso N1 t incompatible I2C address for Modulino Thermo

Summary

Documented the Modulino Thermo incompatibility on Nesso N1 (I2C address 0x44 clash) and removed it from listed compatibility.

What This PR Changes

• Removed Modulino Thermo from the compatibility list: content/hardware/09.kits/maker/nesso-n1/compatibility.yml.
• Updated the feature description to note Thermo is not supported on Qwiic: content/hardware/09.kits/maker/nesso-n1/features.md.
• Added explicit warnings in the user manual about the I/O expander address conflict and clarified Qwiic usage (Thermo exception): content/hardware/09.kits/maker/nesso-n1/tutorials/user-manual/content.md.
