#367 #281 - Set temperature in heat mode does not work.
Temperature setpoints when in heat or heat/cool mode may be ignored. Lennox requires separation between the heat and cool setpoints. By default this is 1.5 degrees C / 3 degrees F (it is configurable in the thermo settings.) So for example, if you were/had ran the zone in Cool Mode and set the Cool Setpoint to 72 degrees; and then switched over to heat mode any setpoint over 69 degrees would be ignored. The Lennox App / Panel automatically adjust the cool setpoint; so if the heat was set to 73 - the cool setpoint would be moved to 76 automatically.
With this change the integration will automatically adjust the spacing of the setpoints.
