This pull request implements a preliminary setup of Celery for managing asynchronous tasks and Celery Flower for monitoring these tasks.
A basic
docker-compose.ymlfile has been added to facilitate running Celery and Flower in a containerized environment. Please note that this initial configuration is not ready for development use yet.
