sdl3 status?

what's the status/progress on this library's sdl3 api? is it generally usable? is it up-to-date? is it missing anything important?

I use it on some toy projects and it is quite usable. There is some missing feature that is never too hard to implement so I do and might pr when done more clean but overall quite alright :D
