Plugin doesn't even seem to load in Xcode 15.2, but it's in the Plug-ins directory.

Found this in the issues list. There is a $5 Xformat plugin on App Store.

"No, it's not possible for this plugin to support Xcode 11.
Xcode 8 removed the ability to run these older, more feature-filled Xcode plugins."
