issue with creating new library

Hey guys.
I'm trying to create new react library using CRL
i used npx create-react-library
and chose these selections like so

so after installing the debs i ran into this issue npm ERR! command sh -c -- gulp build-eslint-rules

i use this lib node 14, i didnt see any error. maybe you must install node ver 14
