1:1 catch-up session

Have a temperature check with the trainees to get a feel of how they are coping with the course. 

Keep a look out for trainees who are struggling or finding it hard to follow along with the lessons. 

This is a good time to give trainees feedback (if you have any) - e.g. they don't ask questions, they are very quiet in class, they seem to be distracted during lessons
