Add GaussDB testcontainers module

GaussDB is a trustworthy data foundation for mission-critical workloads, where high availability, performance, security, scalability, and intelligence are non-negotiable and OpenGauss is the community version for GaussDB.

I would like to contribute by adding a module for GaussDB.

If you are interested i can do a pull request to add a new module.

Hi @tsohnugo, I already reply on the PR about what I think it would be much better idea if this is hosted independently.
