Electron app included in template

I had some difficulties getting an electron app setup in my project based on this repo. There's a lot of different ways of doing this and I tried a bunch and had different issues with each.

Eventually I found yerba (from an old issue discussion) and after that it was relatively easy, but there were still a few slightly confusing things.

I have a fork of this repo with the electron app added, and could contribute it if desired. I think just having this included in the repo, and adding a few small setup steps to the README could save other people time.
