 patch command for install stringer@VPS

Dear developer:
when I use this guide:
https://github.com/stringer-rss/stringer/blob/main/docs/VPS.md
this section:Install Ruby for your stringer user,the Ubuntu 22.04 OS will build error,
I found this command could fix error: **sudo apt-get install zlib1g-dev libyaml-dev libffi-dev**
Please add this patch command.
