kubernetes operator, OS keyring requirement

Hello,
i have installed toolhive operator on a k8s server (server cluster, not running in my workstation).

Deploying githup MCP server, the pods fails requiring an OS keyring with interactive prompt
Is it expected ?
Isnt there a k8s server native mechanism usable for creds management ? (eg: External Secret Operator, able to target vault or any supported kms)
