Non-physical event characteristics found in delivered data

I delivered a large set of TopCPToolkit-created ntuples using ServiceX. When trying to run with FastFrames, I get the following error:
RuntimeError: RVec unable to grow. Requested capacity (18446744073709551552) is larger than maximum value for size type (2147483647)

Upon isolating the file responsible, using the root browser I find that some jet_eta and jet_phi entries are extremely large, O(e37). These events do not appear when the I open the file using uproot.
