Determine ahead of time whether sidecar format translation is needed and specify resources accordingly #1023
Description
The sidecar should use very little CPU in general, but if it is requested to do a file format translation, it may suddenly require a lot more CPU. If we can determine before starting the pods whether this translation is required, we can adjust the requested resources from k8s appropriately.
