Support Automated Testing of Scripts via GitHub Actions

We should add support for GitHub Actions to automatically run tests on the scripts. For example, set up a GitHub Actions workflow file, install dependencies, and run test scripts using the corresponding commands.

After this, we can start thinking about moving the workflow to the original SQLancer.
