Improve wrroc plugin

This is a placeholder issue for the Snakemake Hackathon March 2025, as the plugin does not live in the Snakemake organization:
WRROC repo

• Test existing plugin code with workflow from Snakemake workflow catalog and fix problems
• Ensure that resulting RO-Crate is valid (see: Validator)
• Improve documentation

Glad to see you picking this up for the hackathon :)

I think the most recent code is in the feat/process-rocrate branch. It should produce something that is on the way to resembling a Process RO-Crate. There's still a fair amount of metadata to add though.
