Meeting notes for either sparse summit? #470

Please describe the bug or issue including how to reproduce it.
I've found myself wanting to refer back to the meeting notes from the sparse summits, but they aren't included or linked to from the relevant pages.
If this wasn't intentional, could those pages be updated with links to the notes?
