Avocado Toast for macOS

In the session: SwiftUI Essentials - Take your first dive into creating an app with SwiftUI of WWDC2019 at 56:46 / 58:28 of the video, you see this:

The repository does not show how to use AvocadoToast in macOS. Is it possible to implement the version for macOS? In particular, how can you implement the buttons in the tab bar, how are they displayed in the screenshot above?
