Electric pole power connections currently not implemented (?)

I'm writing a function that automatically adds power circuits to a draftsman blueprint and PowerConnectableMixin.neighbours seems to be implemented and documented but commented out?

Does this mean there are currently no way to electrically connect power poles?

I see, there seems to be a wires API at the blueprint level.

To clarify, Entity.neighbours and Entity.connections are the old, Factorio 1.0 method of storing power/circuit connections, which is now replaced with the Blueprint.wires list in Factorio 2.0. The modern wires array is much more sensible from a design standpoint, so Draftsman prefers this format whenever it can. In the upcoming Draftsman 3.0, the legacy fields neighbours and connections are included, but are intended for backwards compatibility with old style blueprint strings rather than direct use and are marked as deprecated.
