Change "sleep" to "lock screen"

And change the icon too. I'm not a designer, but something with a phone screen and a padlock overlay sounds about right.

"Sleep" is confusing, as it neither matches the action being performed (GLOBAL_ACTION_LOCK_SCREEN), nor gives the correct impression of what it does.
