rabbitmq_delayed_message_exchange plugin issue

We have successfully installed the rabbitmq_delayed_message_exchange plugin; however, it does not appear in the Exchange Type dropdown from Console UI page. That said, the plugin is listed as installed when we run the rabbitmq-plugins list command. Could you please help us understand why it's not visible in the dropdown?

@bsanthanam-equinix you did receive a response in rabbitmq/rabbitmq-server#13789.

You must enable the plugin, not just "install" it.

4.0.x is out of community support, so please move to 4.1.0 ASAP. It's as straightforward as moving from 4.0.3 to 4.0.9 (the latest release in the 4.0.x series).

Hello Michael, I have successfully upgraded the version to 4.1.0. however, it does not appear in the Exchange Type "x-delayed-message" dropdown from Console UI page. Could you please help us understand why it's not visible in the dropdown?

@bsanthanam-equinix for the third and last time: you must enable the plugin, not just drop a file into the plugins directory.
