Limit/Filter number of metrics for a collector

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
After upgrading mongodb to version 8, mongodb exporter started gathering 2000 more metrics (2.9k before, 5.2k after), which we don't need and will not use.

I would like to have a way to filter what metrics are exported from specific collector
