Kubelet logs flooded with 'Loaded volume plugin "flexvolume-oracle/oci"'

I am running kubernetes 1.14 and the 0.8.1 of the flex volume driver.

I see that the kubelet logs are full of this message:

Loaded volume plugin "flexvolume-oracle/oci"

This seems to be happening many times a sec. It doesnt seem like this would be by design. Further we are seeing issues with mounting block volumes on some nodes, and thus I wanted to follow up here to see if anything had changed or if anyone else was seeing similar behavior

Same here. Kubernetes version 1.11.9 (managed by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
