Show selected month in text

Hi is it possible to show the selected month in text format rather than showing 08/18 in the input field?

@nimesha95 at this moment it is not possible and it will require a certain amount of work to implement it because it will be challenging to parse text input and convert it to date + keep in mind multiple locales. I don't think I will have time to work on this feature in near future
