WebRTC x unikernels disconnections

Unikernels can be specified go to sleep when there's no activity. The WebRTC websocket is so efficient that it doesn't keep the unikernel instance awake on its own, which causes the live view to disconnect and reconnect if there are no other active connections such as CDP. We'll add a heartbeat to the Neko websocket.
