Bump loader-utils, @geist-ui/react and next

Removes [loader-utils](https://github.com/webpack/loader-utils). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [loader-utils](https://github.com/webpack/loader-utils), [@geist-ui/react](https://github.com/geist-org/geist-ui) and [next](https://github.com/vercel/next.js). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `loader-utils`

Updates `@geist-ui/react` from 2.2.0 to 2.2.5
