Name of author or artist in titles

Describe your suggested feature

I don't think it's impossible(?), at least from my perspective as a user
At first I wanted to open this to be something usable in a specific extension, but I thought, why not something universal?
I mean adding [Author/Artist Name] to the beginning of titles. This would be especially useful when one wants to save manga pages, as those filenames won't have such specifications in them; specifications that would be useful when collecting and such
It would work like the option to add IDs to chapter filenames.

It may also exist as an option to be in the same place as "mark all as read" inside manga entries so it is less universally, but idk about that
