Stuck with Diode plugin migration

Got catch 22:

(venv) [root@vm-gdi-netbox netbox]# python3 /opt/netbox/netbox/manage.py migrate netbox_diode_plugin

I also have this exact same issue.

In order to bypass this, you could set DEVELOPER = True in confguration.py.

But fair warning read this first 9004#discussioncomment-2477755
