I download the latest version and use meilisearch-importer to import a json file.

even if I use the flag "--batch-size 20MB", errors still occur.

It seems you are reaching the Meilisearch Cloud payload limits. What engine version are you using, and would you mind reducing the batch size to less than 95MiB, please?
