Add CI/CD, publish the binary to the release section and update the docs with the guide to flash a single binary

A  binary can be created with 

```
esptool.py --chip ESP32-S3 merge_bin -o fw-merged.bin @flash_args
```

The binary can be flashed with a single line of `esptool.py` - parameters TBD
