Add a comprehensive map for different capabilities of different SDK-s

Modern JC kit is pretty neat by itself, so ant-javacard is only a small value proposition on top of it. From 3.1.0 onwards the if/then/else approach does not scale any more, so need a codified table to map the support and approach for different historical SDK-s (pre-3.0.4)
