[Feature request] Option in Sensors widget to set Crit temperature #2310

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A lot of devices supported by sensors do not provide info on their critical and high temperatures. Specifically, 4 out of 10 sensors in my new desktop are lacking this info. At the moment if both critTemp and maxTemp are not reported by a device there will not be any warning.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to get a warning my hardware is working at high temperature. I think it would be great to get an option to manually set Crit temperature for any given device in widget.
