Lakka 6.1 - Switch build doesn't boot properly from fresh install

If you update, or keep storage dir from previous build with all settings, it boots to RetroArch. If you start with empty storage dir RetroArch crashes on boot, though files are being made

As easy workaround for this issue, there was effective that mesa version keep v24.0.9 (this version is used in Lakka-v6.0).
But I don't know it is good or not.

it is contained #2133 / #2134 resolving.

Yeah, the easiest option with the libs is to keep mesa where it is at in 6.0 branch, as they dropped dri 2 support in upstream mesa, which breaks opengl with Nvidia libs. As for 6.1 @ShigeakiAsai here is the patch set I came up with, though I have more coming for libreelec build(I maintain both in lakka branch)
