Readme seems incomplete

Tried giving this a run-through but the readme seems incomplete, if I follow it verbatim, I end up SET_THIS:v0.6.0 everywhere and things obviously unable to run.

I believe this was addressed with #118. @logicalhan can you please take a look and confirm?

I guess it works? Hard to say as the entrypoints to docker container aren't explicitly defined or articulated anywhere, am I supposed read src?

There are a bunch of different binaries that share a dockerfile so a single point of entry wouldn't make any sense. Should we add examples for launching each one somewhere?
