How to use it for .Net 6?

Hello, thank you for this amazing library!, I have a big Asp.NetCore MVC project using .Net 6, I want to use your library but I can't make it work because the teststartup class must inherit from Startup, but I don't have Startup class in .Net 6.
How can I get it working in .Net 6?
