Proposal: make explicit the language of every featured app

Most of apps featured here are in Rust and Go, which is worth knowing before clicking through every link, since both Rust and Go are pretty bad in terms of cross-platform support, being broken on a lot of platforms. At the same time, C, C++, Python etc. work pretty much everywhere.
It will be user-friendly to show the language of each given app in advance.
