Hey Sam! Thanks for your interest in contributing. We’d love the help! But I’d personally recommend holding off on contributing to the standard library until the bootstrapped version of the compiler is ready. The current lib-helix is complete enough for our usage to make the compiler itself, and I’m actively working on improving its documentation. That said, the existing compiler is still pretty buggy for anyone that's trying to use it. In the meantime, it would be really helpful if you could contribute by documenting or filing issues for the broken or inconsistent parts of the current compiler. Regards, |

Hello!
I'd like to contribute to the standard library as a way to learn the language. Should I wait for the bootstrapped version of helix? Also are their tickets or stories of what standard library features need to get implemented?
Thank You,
Sam
