Migrate the online site and this repository to a more appropriate repository name, and online hosted location

in progress - repository replicated (NOT renamed, so that I could manage and keep the current pages active while I do this...) to https://github.com/heckj/UsingCombine

Also, relates directly to https://github.com/heckj/UsingCombine/issues/1

Issue migration will be another "thing" entirely to deal with in the future
