Feature Request: Markdown In-line localized timestamps #36155

Description

Feature Description

It would be extremely useful to have in-line date/time formatting that converts a Unix timestamp to whatever the local time will be for the user viewing the markdown. This would be very useful (for myself) in issues where something needs to be done by a specific time (in markdown, not in the "Due Date" field on the sidebar), and it's very useful to have something that would display what that time would be in the local timezone for the user viewing it.

Similar to Discord's in-line dynamic timestamps:

It would be very useful that the timestamps would use the same format as Discord, or converted to Discord's dynamic timestamp format for Discord webhooks.

This is an example of what Discord's in-line timestamps look like.
