Feature Request: Markdown In-line localized timestamps

Feature Description

It would be extremely useful to have in-line date/time formatting that converts a Unix timestamp to whatever the local time will be for the user viewing the markdown. This would be very useful (for myself) in issues where something needs to be done by a specific time (in markdown, not in the "Due Date" field on the sidebar), and it's very useful to have something that would display what that time would be in the local timezone for the user viewing it.

It would be very useful that the timestamps would use the same format as Discord, or converted to Discord's dynamic timestamp format for Discord webhooks.

Could be implemented using our existing <absolute.date> web component but it needs a extension to allow more precision because right now it only does day-level precision, likely by adding a new unix attribute to hold the unix timestamp.
