get_pull_request_review_comments doesn't return resolved state

get_pull_request_review_comments doesn't return resolved state. So I can't tell ai agent to fix the unresolved ones.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

call get_pull_request_review_comments
see no state mentions if the comment is resolved or not.
