1. We were approved for the final hours of GR12 (only).
   still got a dozen strangers contributing ($20 total) and our matching value is $0.15.
   The median matching per project is $,**
   Considering it was inevitable to be approved late and the contributiors were obviously independent,
   the match should be near the average percentage, i.e. ~50% or above! - as a best guess to slightly mitigate approval delays. Still low risk.

2. Approval Process:

• we applied 12 days before GR12

  • 3 days before GR12 two guys voted 'no' in an undocumted process (requiring notion.so https://www.notion.so/gitcoin/3940c8762a304e8c9630a05418ebd2a1)
    • the first was positive (but picked the wrong vote it seems)
    • the second suspected it was a fake account and posted a public comment too, which was answered quickly (but not noticed it seems)
    • they are not involved with Gitcoin.co, thats why he was unable to tell himeself, it was a well verified account already.

• Several days later some final decision was made by unknown entity. Denial type 'quid pro quo'

• only through multiple emails&late, the Gitcoin support gave us the link showing this process.

• we applied again immediately. This time two positive votes. Several days later: approval.
  (though just a few hours before the end of the funding round)
