After reboot headunit don't see usb gps.

Hi, I'm using your program on the multimedia headunit with android 5.1.1, everything works fine, but after rebooting, i need to reconnect the u-blox gps antenna, the program can learn access to the USB device. GNSS Commander works fine after reboot but does not transmit accuracy.  Is it possible to add USB device after reboot?
