Missing metadata

Original gatsby plugin is able to extract the metadata as per this doc https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SsY5ldnjkZ94tbfwV0EI9whNf--xojPcOQHzq4efZBE/edit

However it's seems that current implementation is missing that, I did try to inspect the whole docsResponse.data object but seems nothing like summary or description is in there.

Any chances bringing that functionality into this parser?

A quick question, I believe that is related.

I wonder does it suppose to actually to detect the metadata this way? why does it return ---\nnull\n-- ?

I believe that metadata can be just deleted as it does not provide anything at all. Or putting an if condition checking if metadata is empty. If you want I can provide a pr to fix that, however for now I use regex to remove that md.replace(/---\nnull\n---\n+/gm, '');
