[FEATURE] - allow forcing to dismiss recurring alerts #173

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For payment reminders, when there is no email associated with the reservation, an alert message is displayed, with the only option being "retry".
However, in some cases (fund transfer or other), it is not necessary to send a reminder.
Describe the solution you'd like
It should always be possible to dismiss an alert (even if it is associated with a check controller).

This would be an additional action in the alert form
