Does not have API's to set the user password and change the user password.

As per my findings django-oscar-api does not have any API to reset or change the user password. Does anyone has any idea to add this API's into the project.

I think its better not to add password update apis here. There are some established and well tested packages available that are based on Django REST Framework and can be used to update passwords.

It’s great to hear that your team is interested in contributing to Django Oscar!

In addition to the open issues on GitHub, there are several areas where contributions would be especially valuable—particularly around performance, extensibility, and API improvements. The dashboard UX is in need of refinement, and the permission system within the dashboard is still incomplete. There are template links that should be conditionally hidden based on staff permissions.

We’d also love to hear any ideas your team has around new features or broader improvements. Contributions in any of these areas would be very welcome!
