Scoping 0.1.0 Release

This post will be updated as Pull Reqeusts are added. This scopes out a 0.1.0 release for the deapi on pypi/conda.

• Create a GitHub action to push to pypi
  • Create a GitHub Action to push to pypi-test
• Create a function on pyDEServer to produce "MovieBuffers" and push them through the port to simulate data production
• Make the pyDEServer servable through the command line interface Commandline Server #8
• Allow pytest to target pyDEServer or DEServer Update Testing #7
  • Allow certain tests to have a decorator @DEserver to run them only if a Real DEServer is connected. Update Testing #7
• Examples
  • Example for summing frames
  • Example for using a HAADF Detector
  • Example for Region of interest
• Improve the handling of movie buffers
  • Potentially using Rust etc. to handle this.
